The World Pharmacy Council (WPC) is pleased to announce that Mr. Andrew Topen has been appointed as our new Secretary General.
Andrew brings extensive global experience in advocacy, communications and government relations.
Andrew is passionate about making a difference through his work in the healthcare sector and has a breadth of experience in dealing with both the public and private sectors in North America and in Europe.
His previous experiences have included roles with UK’s House of Commons, the British Medical Association, GSK, #Pfizer and #Novartis.
